# SplatWorks suite artwork

Updated October 14, 2026.

The shared website image, `splatworks_hero_image.png`, shows GridSplat, ShowSplat,
WriteSplat, ListSplat, and LayoutSplat. LayoutSplat's window shows a school newsletter
with rulers, columns, text frames, and alignment guides. These are illustrative
application views rather than screenshots. The public SplatWorks overview includes
an accessible description of all five apps; the suite self-host packaging script
copies this same image.

The existing four-app image was edited with the built-in image generation tool.
The final generated PNG replaced the existing shared asset. The previous version
remains available in Git history.

## Edit prompt

Use case: precise-object-edit. Edit target: the supplied SplatWorks suite hero image.
Update this existing classroom office suite graphic to prominently include its fifth
app LayoutSplat™ alongside the four existing apps. Keep the SplatWorks™ title and
smiling purple splat logo, airy white background, purple/teal/blue/coral palette,
rounded app windows, friendly polished classroom illustration style and wide 16:9
composition. All five app window names must be legible and spelled exactly:
"GridSplat™", "ShowSplat™", "WriteSplat™", "ListSplat™", "LayoutSplat™".
Preserve recognizable spreadsheet, slide deck, word processor and database views.
Rebalance windows as necessary to add a clearly visible LayoutSplat™ desktop-publishing
window: purple/orange header with a page-layout icon, horizontal and vertical rulers,
an editable school newsletter page with columns, pictures, text frames and alignment
guides. Do not confuse it with the word processor. Add the matching fifth page-layout
icon to the central row of app icons. Center exact copy "SplatWorks™" and
"Classroom office tools that live beside DrawSplat."; change the smaller description
to "Writing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, and page layout." Keep classroom
desk props subtly at bottom. Fit all five app windows cleanly, with no overlap that
hides app names. No additional products, no duplicated app windows or names, no stock
watermark. Produce a finished website hero image.

## Official glossy logo update — October 14, 2026

The website brand asset is `assets/brand/SplatWorks_logo.png`, copied without
modification from the supplied **Glossy Purple SplatWorks™ Logo.png**. SplatWorks is the ecosystem brand. DrawSplat names the whiteboard; main creative and productivity tools use their own Splat names. Existing artwork containing former names is historical and does not redefine current product scope.
The shared hero now uses the supplied glossy purple SplatWorks™ logo in its center;
all five app panels remain visible. Website references use the `20261014-logo2`
cache revision. The unchanged public image path also serves the new artwork.

The hero was edited with the built-in image generation tool and visually inspected.
The generated result is committed as `splatworks_hero_image.png`; the earlier hero
is retained in Git history.

### Logo replacement prompt

Use case: compositing. Image 1 is the edit target: current SplatWorks website hero.
Image 2 is the exact new official SplatWorks™ glossy purple splat wordmark to insert.
Replace only the old smiling purple splat plus the separate SplatWorks title in the
upper center with the complete supplied logo, including its integrated white
SplatWorks™ wordmark and shiny purple splat silhouette. Remove its white square
background so it blends into the existing airy white hero background. Fit into the
central upper area without obscuring app windows, names, or descriptive text. Keep
all five app windows, their content, positions, size, newsletter, lower icons, desk
props, exact descriptions, wide composition, rounded styling and palette unchanged.
Do not redesign the supplied logo, duplicate names, or add elements.

## Wiki guide illustration — October 14, 2026

`assets/brand/splatworks-school-guides.png` is the 1536 × 512 version of an
original illustration generated with the built-in image generation tool.
The wiki generator places it on guide articles that lack an illustration,
including District classrooms and rosters. It is decorative; the actual headings
and instructions remain accessible HTML. Existing guide images retain their
complete aspect ratio instead of being cropped into a 210-pixel strip.

### Generation prompt

Use case: illustration-story. Create a polished wide website documentation hero
illustration for the SplatWorks ecosystem school setup and teaching guides.
Landscape aspect ratio about 3:1. Friendly hand-drawn colored pencil outlines with
softly shaded glossy purple, teal, sky blue and orange details on warm white paper,
matching classroom software guide illustrations. Show a balanced horizontal scene:
a teacher's laptop showing a simple purple whiteboard and newsletter page, a small
secure school server with padlock, a roster folder with abstract student avatar
cards, and a student tablet displaying a colorful classroom assignment. Subtle
purple curved arrows connect them, conveying school accounts, creative tools and
sharing. All objects fully inside the frame with generous edge padding; light
uncluttered composition. Do not include any text, letters, logos, trademarks,
numbers, brand names, or watermark. This is an illustration accompanying real HTML
headings, not a screenshot. Keep every major object visible at mobile width.
